Most fabrics are made in our own factories in China. For some special products, we also outsource through our vetted supplier network to meet your requirements.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends! Usually, the MOQ for custom fabrics is 1000 meters, we can also accept smaller quantities, but the unit price will be higher.
Do you provide samples before bulk ordering?
Of course! We provide a variety of sample types. We have everything you need, and the samples are free, you only need to pay for shipping.
How long does production take?
Most orders are processed within 7-15 days, and large orders are delivered within 15-20 days. If you have urgent needs, you can also place expedited orders.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the mode of transportation, air transportation may take 5-7 days, and sea transportation may take 15-35 days. If you need it to be faster, your goods can be split into air and sea transportation!
Do you provide fabric R&D services?
Yes, we provide fabric R&D services, such as adding special functionality, waterproof, antistatic, breathable, antibacterial, anti-ultraviolet or providing design patterns for printed fabrics, etc., which are free of charge.
